Ask anyone what is the key to Becky Chidester's success and you will hear she has a penchant for performance and the ability to build the right infrastructure, resources and teams to succeed. It’s a skill that has been a motivating force in her career at Wunderman and her role as president, Wunderman World Health.

As leader of Wunderman World Health, Becky is responsible for managing the agency’s global cross-channel health care offering, doubling sector business in Asia, Europe and Latin America and diversifying Wunderman’s already strong U.S. credentials. Becky is supported by a core strategic team of health care experts from across the Wunderman network. She reports directly to Wunderman chairman and CEO Daniel Morel.

Wunderman World Health covers pharmaceuticals, health insurance, services and devices, OTCs and nutritionals, eye care and wellness.

Prior, Becky was with Wunderman New York, most recently as president, and before that as chief operating officer. She also served as CEO of Wunderman’s partner company RTCRM, based in Washington, D.C.

Under Becky’s leadership in New York, she broadened the agency’s analytics and strategic services capabilities and championed creation of Wunderman’s Listening Platform. She added new business in New York and at RTCRM, including Nationwide, Abbott, AARP, Kimberly Clark, Time Warner Cable, Bristol-Myers.

As president of RTCRM, she built a vibrant healthcare practice recognized across the industry as a premier provider of direct-to-consumer and patient relationship marketing programs. In 1999, the Direct Marketing Association recognized the agency’s work for Claritin and Mead Johnson Enfamil Family Beginnings among the best loyalty programs of the decade.

Throughout Becky’s 20-years with WPP, she partnered with sister agencies across WPP and Wunderman to offer integrated services to client relationship. Her career journey is the best example of her performance-driven style, joining RTCRM (then known as RTC Relationship Marketing) in 1989, working her way through the ranks to president and CEO, a position she held from 1999 to 2005. Later that year, she moved to Wunderman New York as COO and was promoted to president two years later.

Becky’s experience includes legislative and regulatory issues programs for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, coalition-building and referendum campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. She began her career in the press office of former Senator Birch Bayh of Indiana.

Becky is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and is a regular speaker at CRM and loyalty marketing at industry events.
